Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered on downloadable templates, workbooks, or toolkits once accessed.

Consulting engagement refunds are governed by the terms of the signed engagement agreement between Opulence Group and the client.

Free discovery calls carry no fee and no refund applies.

If you believe there is a technical issue with a digital product, please contact netta@opulence-group.com within 7 days of purchase for review.
