Refund Policy

At Opulence Group, we are committed to delivering high-quality grant writing and development services. Due to the personalized, time-sensitive, and customized nature of our work, we have established the following policies regarding refunds, revisions, and service holds.

Refund Policy
All payments for services are considered final. Because our team dedicates time, resources, and research immediately upon engagement, we are unable to provide refunds.

In rare circumstances, if a client is unable to proceed and minimal work has been started, we may consider a partial refund. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the time and resources already allocated.

Revision Policy
Clients are entitled to one round of revisions within 2 business days of receiving their initial draft or proposal. After this period, any additional revisions will require a paid revision fee. Minor edits for typos or formatting are excluded from additional fees and will be corrected promptly.

Clients acknowledge that while Opulence Group will ensure applications meet eligibility requirements and are professionally prepared, we cannot guarantee funding approval.

Service Hold Policy
If a client requests to pause or place services on hold, they must confirm their decision to resume within 5 business days. If confirmation is not received within this timeframe, services may be canceled. No refunds will be issued in these cases, and clients wishing to resume services must re-engage with Opulence Group.

Client Priority Policy
We manage projects to ensure timely delivery for all clients. Overdue projects are prioritized first, followed by current deadlines and new client onboarding. This structured approach ensures consistent quality and timely service for every client.

Communication
Clients are expected to provide timely responses to emails, calls, and requests for feedback. Delays in communication may affect project timelines.

Acknowledgment
By engaging with Opulence Group, clients agree to the terms outlined in this policy. These terms are legally binding and are intended to maintain fairness, clarity, and a high standard of service for all clients.
